Lehning - Woman

Created for Lehning Laboratories’ 80th anniversary, WOMAN is an artistic and playful representation of how plants affect our bodies.

The unique design took hundreds of hours of work and features a woman made entirely of plants in the Tuileries Gardens. The sculpture also represents the greatness and benevolence of women, with the woman’s gaze directed towards the horizon, perhaps watching her child play.

The sculpture’s dynamic position conveys tension in the neck and arch of the back, demonstrating a real attention to someone or something. Use your imagination to interpret the sculpture’s meaning!
